1. Have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve



Make sure you are clear about the goals for the week before you begin to develop a weekly schedule. It’s essential to be crystal clear about your objectives, so that you may properly monitor your progress, Your goals should be clear and measurable. The chores that will assist you in achieving your short-term and long-term objectives might be included while you’re making a weekly calendar.

On days of high productivity (days after a holiday or vacation) or during the initial working hours of the day, should be allocated to the deep work as you have a higher focus that improves your performance. Taking into consideration, the 80:20 principle you may allocate at least 20 percent of your working hours as focus time or time for deep work.


4. Good Balance between Personal & Professional life for an effective weekly schedule



A healthy and successful lifestyle depends on striking a suitable balance between your personal and professional life. They represent the two sides of the same coin. You may maintain your focus and motivation at work by engaging in hobbies, creative projects, and a well-organized routine. Like how maintaining flawless harmony between your personal and professional lives will assist you in finding a good work-life balance. For Instance, while installing a server once you complete some portion of the installation and then move on to another task. If you’re doing shallow work, you can switch to another one or decide that another activity is more urgent than this one. However, over time, it has an impact on both your physical health and your work life. Because you can’t work more effectively, and your productivity will decline if you don’t have good health.


7. Be specific & detailed with your task rather than brief


You should have a distinct vision for whatever work you undertake the next week. It should be written in great depth. For instance, if you wish to study Python, you might randomly add a Python slot each day. You won’t be able to do it, I assure you. The sub-topic should be used to deliver the Python course. Put the topic you’re intending to discuss in each day’s slot, along with a link to it, in the description. Consequently, without wasting time looking for the topic, you will navigate to the topic.
